A clear process that keeps projects moving.
Four straightforward stages designed to feel collaborative and reassuring — not bureaucratic. You always know where a project stands, what happens next, and what you'll receive at each step.
Discovery and project discussion
I start with a proper conversation about your business, your customers and what this project genuinely needs to achieve. We'll look at where you are now, what's working, what isn't, and what success looks like in practical terms.
What you receive: You get a clear brief, honest feedback, and a shared understanding of scope, priorities and budget — before any design begins.
Strategy, structure and wireframing
I plan before I decorate. That means the right structure, the key messages in the right order, and — for websites — wireframes that settle layout and content flow while they're still easy and inexpensive to change.
What you receive: You get a considered structure and wireframes or a content plan, so we're agreed on the shape of the work before visuals begin.
Creative development and production
This is where it comes to life. I design and build the work — websites, brand materials, campaigns or print — with craft and attention to detail, sharing progress as I go so nothing is a surprise at the end.
What you receive: You get polished, on-brand design and a properly built, tested result — with review points along the way, not just at the finish.
Review, launch and handover
I check the work thoroughly, refine the details, then launch or send to production with care. Afterwards, I make sure you're set up to run things confidently — and I'm here when you need me next.
What you receive: You get a smooth launch, editable files or a site you can manage, clear guidance, and a partner for whatever comes next.
Plan first. Decorate later.
Most problems on a project are decisions made in the wrong order. I settle structure and content before visuals, and visuals before build — so changes happen while they're cheap and easy.
- Regular, plain-English updates — no disappearing for weeks.
- Review points built in, so nothing is a surprise at the end.
- Clear handover, with editable files or a site you can manage.
- I'm here for what comes next, not gone at launch.

Four stages. Plain English. Nothing hidden until the invoice.
You'll always know what stage a project is at and what happens next.
